Part-Time Summer Farm Hand (2026 Season)

We’re looking for a part-time farm hand to join us for the 2026 summer season on our regenerative farm in Centerville, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, learn hands-on skills, and be part of a farm focused on raising pasture-based meat, dairy, and eggs.

Schedule:
Flexible start date in May, with work continuing through September. Hours can be adjusted based on availability.

What You’ll Do:
Feed and care for livestock
Move animals to fresh pasture daily
Clean and maintain alpaca and goat stalls
Assist with farm projects like building and repairs
Help process chickens every 4–5 weeks

Experience & Pay:
No prior farm experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person. Pay starts at $13/hour and may increase based on experience and availability.

Someone who enjoys physical work, being outside, and working with animals. A good fit for people interested in sustainable agriculture or learning more about regenerative farming. MUST BE 18+
